What Matcha Powder Should I Use?

For the best results, we recommend using our Kinetic Matcha Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha. It’s stone-ground, shade-grown, and gives your latte a vibrant green color with a smooth, rich flavor.

What Milk Should I Use?

You can use any milk you like, but oat milk, almond milk, or whole milk create the creamiest iced matcha lattes. Non-dairy milks also bring out the natural sweetness of the matcha.

What Sweetener Should I Use?

Honey, agave, or maple syrup are great natural options. If you prefer sugar-free, stevia or monk fruit sweetener also pair well with matcha without overpowering its flavor.

Banana Matcha Latte Recipe

Mix ingredients below in a measuring cup matcha whisk until creamy and no visible clumps:

  • Fresh Milk – 70mL or 1/3 cup
  • Honey or Maple Syrup – 1–2 tsp (optional, to taste)
  • Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp (or 5mL)
  • Kinetic Matcha - 6g or 2 tsp + 1/4 tsp
  • Hot Water – ½ cup (175°F / 80°C)

In a Blender:

  • ½ ripe banana
  • ¾ cup (180mL) milk of choice

Pour the mixture above into a serving cup with 65mL of milk and ice.
